Published June 5, 2020

Roebuck Insurance is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience. Roebuck Insurance is actively working towards achieving a fully accessible website that endeavors to conform to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.

Due to Roebuck Insurance’s integration with external vendors, areas within the site remain beyond Roebuck Insurance’s control. These elements include (but are not limited to):

  • Gravity Forms (Contact Forms)
  • Google Analytics (Event Tracking)
  • Google Maps (Map Embed)
  • Facebook Pixel (Retargeting)
  • Mailchimp (Email collection)
  • Divi (WordPress Theme)
  • WordPress (Website CMS)
  • Divi Accessibility (Accessibility Tool)
  • iThemes Security (Website Security)

Until the integration with these external vendors is resolved, Roebuck Insurance can only achieve a partial level of conformance according to WCAG.

Roebuck Insurance does not discriminate in its education and employment programs on the basis of religion, age, race, color, national origin, gender, marital or parental status, or disability and complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990.

In order to further our commitment to nondiscrimination, we are continuing to work on the website in order to ensure the site conforms to level Double-A World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. Such guidelines detail best practices for ensuring assistive technology users can access the site. The guidelines also make the site more user friendly for all people.
