Understanding Life Insurance

Once we determine the best option for you, we run quotes with all of the top rated life insurance companies in the United States. We then apply with the carrier that has the most affordable rates and reliable underwriting. The process can take a few weeks to a couple of months so don’t wait to get started.

Term Life

The least expensive form of life insurance. The benefit lasts for a specific period of time with level premiums throughout. Terms are typically 10, 20 or 30 years. This policy does not build cash value.

Whole Life

A form of permanent coverage that guarantees a death benefit and also provides cash value with fixed premiums.

Survivorship Life

A permanent form of life insurance covering two individuals, usually a husband and wife. Unlike traditional life insurance, the death benefit is not paid out until both insureds have died. Survivorship policies are easier to buy and less costly than life insurance on a single individual.

Universal Life

A form of permanent life insurance that provides more flexibility than whole life insurance at a lower cost.
